Sycamore Class visited a chocolate workshop, on Thursday 13th October 2016, provided by Chocolate by Design. The chocolatier Derek and his team taught us all about the science, history and geography behind chocolate. The children really enjoyed their day and came home with some chocolate goodies that they had made.

In a design and technology lesson the children worked in small groups to design their own chocolate pizza. The children really enjoyed making and then tasting their pizzas.

As part of the conclusion to our chocolate topic the children have written fact sheets showing all they have learnt about chocolate!
