Our Autumn Term Topic 2: Fire, Fire!

Today, Thursday 3rd November, we were visited by a local fire brigade.  The children had the opportunity to explore a fire engine and look at the special equipment that fire fighters use.  The fire fighters also told us all about how to keep safe on bonfire night.

As part of our topic work the children were given the challenge of making a fire engine.  The children could paint or draw their fire engine or make a model using boxes, lego, clay, or playdough.

Please look at the children's fabulous fire engines.
